Passports

The passports of non-Mauritians travelling to Mauritius must have validity that extends at least one year beyond the visitor’s intended departure date from Mauritius.

Terms of Payment

A 50% deposit must be paid on confirmation of the dates and full payment must be received at least 4 weeks prior to departure. If the deposit is not made upon confirmation of dates, the Company has the right to allocate the same booking dates to another group of visitors.

If a trip is cancelled by clients less than 4 weeks prior to departure, the deposit will be forfeited. If a trip is cancelled less than 2 weeks prior to departure for unreasonable reasons*, the total amount will be forfeited.

Please note that, when renting a tender boat, a deposit of Eur 3,380 per boat is mandatory to cover any damage to or loss of company equipment. This amount will be refunded upon your return to Mauritius. In case of loss or breakage of equipment through negligence, the Company will use the deposit to cover the costs of repairs and/ or replacement.

If a trip is cancelled by the Company, due to dangerous weather or other unforeseen event, the client will be refunded in full.

*The Company reserves the right to be the arbiter and to decide if a cancellation is made on ‘reasonable’ grounds, or not. Reasonable cancellation factors may include bad weather or other unforeseen events.

If one of the vessels taking you to St. Brandon is not operational for unforeseeable reasons, another boat will be made available.
